DESCRIPTION:\nDate: July 4-5, 2023\nVenue: Sono Calm Hotel, Yeosu, Korea (In Person Only)\nSubmission Deadline: May 7, 2023 (11:59 PM EDT)\n\nThe 2023 Korean Economic Review (KER) International Conference will be held on July 4-5 in Yeosu, Korea. The KER Conference is jointly sponsored by the Korean Economic Association (KEA) and the Korea-America Economic Association (KAEA).\nKAEA is soliciting high-quality research papers in all areas of economics. Each presenter selected by KAEA will be reimbursed up to KRW 2,000,000 of actual travel expenses, in addition to one night’s accommodation at Sono Calm Hotel. All submitted papers will be reviewed by anonymous referees. We strongly welcome submissions from junior scholars. Please submit your manuscript (preferred) or extended abstract by 11:59 PM EDT on May 7, 2023 through\nhttps://editorialexpress.com/conference/KER2023/\nNOTE: When you submit a paper, from the `Area’ dropdown menu, you MUST choose `Shin, Yongseok: KAEA submission’ to receive the travel support. If you choose a different committee member/area, your paper may still get accepted, but you will NOT be eligible for the travel support. No exception will be granted, so please make sure that you choose KAEA as your area.\nYou must be (i) a KAEA lifetime member or have been an annual member for 2022 and 2023; and (ii) primarily at an institution outside Korea, to be part of the KAEA sessions.
