DESCRIPTION:The 2023 KIEP-KAEA Workshop\n\nDate: April 15-16, 2023\nVenue: Hotel[TBD], Boulder, Colorado\nSubmission Deadline: February 27, 2023 (in US EST) \n\nThe KIEP-KAEA Workshop will be held on April 15-16 (Saturday-Sunday) in Boulder, Colorado at the [TBD] hotel. The KAEA (Korea-America Economic Association) invites the members to submit papers. The KAEA is soliciting a broad range of topics in economics and related areas, but preference will be given to high quality research papers with strong policy implications.\nThe KAEA will accept up to six papers for presentation at the workshop, and the KIEP (Korea Institute for International Economic Policy) will provide financial support to each presenter of accepted papers to cover the travel expenses (airfare and local transportation) and hotel accommodation up to three nights (Friday to Sunday).\nTo be considered a full manuscript should be submitted, including two JEL classification codes and your KAEA membership status.** All submissions should be sent to the KAEA session organizer, Yongseok Shin by email at kaea.tr@outlook.com with “KIEP-KAEA Workshop Submission” in the subject line of the email no later than Monday, February 27th. Acceptance decisions will be made by March 6th, and only the authors of accepted papers will be notified by email.\n**You must be a KAEA lifetime member or have been an annual member for the two years (2022 and 2023) to submit a manuscript. Your membership status will be reviewed before an acceptance decision is made and no exceptions will be made regarding the membership policy.\n
