DESCRIPTION:2021 WEAI‐KAEA Meeting\nJune 27th – July 1st, 2021\nThe Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu, Hawaii\nIn‐Person & Virtual Options\nCall for Papers\nThe 96th Annual Conference of the Western Economic Association International (WEAI) will be held on June 27 – July 1, 2021 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu, Hawaii. The Korea‐America Economic Association (KAEA) plans to organize two or three sessions at the WEAI conference. We sincerely invite the members of the KAEA or the KEA to join in this wonderful event. Both in‐person and virtual options will be considered. Therefore, we request you to provide your modality preference when you submit your paper. Theoretical and empirical papers on all aspects of economics are welcome. Please submit a manuscript or an extended abstract to Vice President Hyeongwoo Kim (gmmkim@gmail.com) by e‐mail including,\n\nJEL codes & 3‐5 key words\nYour session preference: (1) In‐person; (2) Virtual; (3) In‐person or Virtual\nYour membership status with the KAEA or the KEA Submission deadline is March 15, 2021. If accepted, your final version manuscript is due June 15, 2021.\n\nThere is no submission fee for members of the KAEA or the KEA. In addition, the session participants can register at the WEAI member’s rate regardless of their membership status with the WEAI. However, all participants will be required to register for the conference and responsible for their own expenses. Submitted papers will be blind reviewed by the referees.
