DESCRIPTION:Call for papers for the joint KAEA-KIET (산업연구원) Conference\n\nDate: August 16, 2016\nTheme: 산업구조 변화에 따른 산업통상정책연구\nVenue: KIET, Sejong City, Korea\nSubmission Deadline: March 31, 2016\n\nThe annual joint conference with the KIET will be held as a one-day conference on August 16, 2016.  Please note that the conference venue is at KIET in Sejong City, Korea.  We solicit papers from the lifetime KAEA members (or those who have paid the KAEA membership dues for both 2015 and 2016) on the theme “산업구조 변화에 따른 산업통상정책연구,”  but we also welcome papers in the general area of industrial organization.\nSubmission: Submit your completed paper with (i) an abstract of 300-400 words, (ii) 3-5 keywords, and (iii) JEL code(s) on the title page. Abstracts will also be considered, but submissions with completed papers will be given preference. Send submissions to Vice President Yoosoon Chang via email at yoosoon@indiana.edu with “Joint KAEA-KIET Conference” in the subject line of the email. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the anonymous referees selected by the KAEA and the KIET. To be considered for inclusion in the conference program, all papers must be submitted by March 31. Acceptance decision should be made by April 15, and the authors will be notified by email.\nFunding: The KIET will award the presenter of each accepted paper an honorarium of KRW 2,500,000 for travel support and also provide hotel accommodation for two nights for attending the conference.\n
