DESCRIPTION:Call for Papers for the 16th KAEA-KEA International Conference\n\nDate: August 8-9, 2016\nVenue: Sogang University, Seoul, Korea\nSubmission Deadline:  March 31, 2016\n\nThe Seventeenth International Conference sponsored jointly by the Korea-America Economic Association and the Korean Economic Association will be held on August 8-9, 2016 at Sogang University in Seoul, Korea.  The KAEA is soliciting a broad range of Economics topics from theoretical papers to policy oriented empirical papers, and will accept about 30 papers in all areas of Economics.  The KEA will award the presenter of each accepted paper an honorarium of KRW 2,000,000 for travel support and also provide hotel accommodation for two nights for attending the conference.\nSubmission: Submit your completed paper with an abstract of 200-300 words, including the JEL codes, to Vice President Yoosoon Chang by e-mail at yoosoon@indiana.edu ( mailto:yoosoon@indiana.edu?subject=KAEA-KEA%20Joint%20Conference ).  Abstracts will also be considered, but the submission with a completed paper will have a higher chance of acceptance. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the anonymous referees selected by the KAEA and the KEA. To be considered for inclusion in the conference program, all papers must be submitted by March 31. Acceptance decision should be made by April 15, and the authors will be notified by email.\nSubmissions will be accepted only from the lifetime KAEA members or those who have paid the KAEA membership dues for both 2015 and 2016 prior to the paper submission\n
