DESCRIPTION: \n11th Pacific Rim Conference \nJanuary 8 – 11, 2015\nWellington, New Zealand\nCall for Papers\nThe 11th Pacific Rim Conference of the Western Economic Association International (WEAI) will be held January 8 – 11, 2015 in Wellington, New Zealand. This year’s conference is co-hosted by Victoria University of Wellington and Massey University. Keynote speakers are Robert Engle (NYU Stern), Christopher Sims (Princeton), and David Card (UC Berkeley). The Korea-America Economic Association (KAEA) plans to organize one or two sessions of this conference if there are enough submissions from the current members of the KAEA. If we decide to organize sessions, one participant will be selected to serve a chair in each session. There will not be any travel support available from the KAEA for this conference.\nTheoretical and empirical papers on all aspects of economics are welcome. Please submit a manuscript or an extended abstract to Professor Hyeongwoo Kim (gmmkim@gmail.com ( mailto:gmmkim@gmail.com )) by e-mail including\n(i) JEL classification code(s),\n(ii) 3-5 key words, and\n(iii) your membership status with the KAEA\nSubmission deadline is June 30 (Monday), 2014.\nSubmitted papers will be blind-reviewed by the referees.
