I am writing on behalf of the Department of Economics at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) to announce a tenure-track faculty opening in Macroeconomics, and to kindly ask that you share this announcement with members of your society and any candidates who may be interested.

■ Qualifications
– Ph.D. in Economics (or expected by the appointment date) with a specialization in Macroeconomics
– Demonstrated ability to teach courses in English
– At least one representative publication (excluding the doctoral dissertation) reviewed by external referees within the past four years (May 22, 2022 – May 21, 2026)
– Candidates with publications in internationally recognized journals (SCIE/SSCI, etc.) are preferred
– Note: Korean citizenship is required for the domestic tenure-track track. Non-Korean applicants should contact the department directly regarding the foreign-faculty track.
