Korea Studies Chair

The School of Global and International Studies at Indiana University Bloomington is pleased to announce an endowed Chair in Modern Korean Studies. The successful applicant will be appointed as professor or associate professor in the School’s departments of East Asian Languages & Cultures and International Studies, and will direct a new Institute for Korean Studies. We are seeking an outstanding social scientist who is strongly committed to undergraduate and graduate education, and who is prepared to offer courses on modern Korean politics, economics, security, society, or culture, preferably in regional perspective. A Ph.D is required.
