Call for Papers

Professors Bala Batavia and Jin Wook Choi of DePaul University, Chicago, IL are soliciting a few articles from the Korean-American Economics Association members for two publication projects that they are involved with. The first project is the publication of an edited book, tentatively entitled “Globalization and Economic Asymmetries in International Trade and Development” to be published by the Athenian Policy Forum and the Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow in October 2011.  The second project is the publication of the December 2011 issue of the Journal of Economic Asymmetries in the general area of global economy and finance.

The deadline for submitting papers for both projects is July 1, 2011.  The decision to accept or reject the papers will be made quickly around late August or early September after a timely referee process.

Interested parties should send their papers as a Microsoft Word document to jchoi@depaul.edu and specify which publication – book or journal or both – they are submitting their papers to.
