Call for Papers: 2026 KER International Conference, Jeju, June 22-23, 2026

The 2026 Korean Economic Review (KER) International Conference will be held on June 22-23 in Jeju, Korea. KAEA is soliciting high-quality research papers in all areas of economics. Each presenter selected by KAEA will be reimbursed up to a certain amount (TBD) of actual travel expenses. In addition, Korean Economic Association (KEA) will provide one night’s accommodation at the hotel. All submitted papers will be reviewed by anonymous referees. We strongly welcome submissions from junior scholars.

Please submit your manuscript (preferred) or an extended abstract to Vice President Kyungmin Kim by email at kaea.kkim@gmail.com, with the subject line “2026 KER Submission.” In your submission email, please include the following:

• Title of the paper
• Author names, affiliations, and email addresses (indicate presenter)
• JEL codes
• Keywords
• Your membership status with the KAEA or the KEA

You must be (i) a KAEA lifetime member or have been an annual member for 2025 and 2026; and (ii) primarily at an institution outside Korea. Your membership status will be verified before your submission is reviewed. If you want to become a member, please visit https://kaea.org/
