6. 급여 및 근무조건
가. 급여 월 300만 원 이상(세전, 4대보험 포함, 퇴직금 별도 / 경력 및 연구실적에 따라 협의 가능) 및 연구실적에 따른 성과급
나. 주 40시간 전일제 근무(BK 사업 규정)를 원칙으로 함, 타 대학 또는 타 기관과의 전일제 중복계약 불가함.
다. 1년 계약을 원칙으로 함(2027.8.31 이후 BK21 5단계 사업을 이어가게 될 경우, 평가를 거쳐 한국연구재단 BK21 사업의 규정에 따라 1년 재계약 가능)

2. Qualifications
Applicants must:
• Hold a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field, or be expected to receive a Ph.D. prior to the appointment date
• Have no disqualifying conditions for appointment under Seoul National University regulations

6. Salary and Working Conditions
• Monthly salary: KRW 3,000,000 or higher (before tax, including four major insurances; severance pay separate; negotiable based on qualifications and research achievements)
• Performance-based incentives may be provided based on research output
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in accordance with BK21 regulations; dual full-time employment with other institutions is not permitted
• The appointment is initially for one year. If the BK21 Phase 5 program is launched after August 31, 2027, the contract may be renewed for an additional one-year term, subject to satisfactory performance and the regulations of the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) BK21 Program.
